MontegoNet and NetShift Renew Strategic Relationship

Portsmouth, RI - September 12, 2002 - "After more than six years of successfully working together, MontegoNet is very pleased to renew its strategic relationship with NetShift," said MontegoNet President Thomas Smith. "We believe that our companies' respective strengths are greatly enhanced by working in partnership."

As part of the new agreement, MontegoNet has gained exclusivity in certain USA markets with respect to NetShift products and services and will work in close cooperation with NetShift's USA office based in Florida. MontegoNet will be acting as NetShift's service and support center in the US, particularly for hosted Enterprise Remote Management services.

As part of this strategic relationship, the two companies are working together on a rapidly growing number of projects including a major BP deployment to be formally announced in October.
