MontegoNet Rings in New Year with New Name, Location & Products

Portsmouth, RI - February 3, 2000 - MontegoNet, a leader in the burgeoning interactive kiosk market, is starting the New Year with a number of new changes. Formerly MontegoNet Solutions, the company has selected the more user-friendly name MontegoNet in an effort to facilitate name-recognition. "When people think of kiosks, no particular company comes to mind...yet. But as our installed base continues to grow at a healthy rate, we want the name 'MontegoNet' to become synonymous with 'kiosk' in people's minds," noted Tim Kearns, MontegoNet Director of Marketing.

MontegoNet, recently ranked as the area's #2 fastest growing high tech company by Providence Business News, has also recently moved its operations from Middletown to Portsmouth, tripling its office space in the process. The new space will allow MontegoNet to increase its manufacturing capacity and warehouse space, and will provide additional office space for new hires.
