On Thursday, July 29, MontegoNet hosted a half-day seminar for banks & credit unions entitled “Beyond the ATM: Taking Self-Service to the Next Level.”

This event featured a number of informative presentations on topics that included self-service coin machines, interactive kiosks, self-service & branch design, bill-payment kiosks, and more. Of particular note was the keynote presentation by Tom Wright, Editor of Credit Union Tech-Talk and Bank Tech-Trends, who provided a detailed overview of recent trends in ATMs, kiosks and retail branching. Close to 50 bank and credit union executives attended the seminar, which also featured hands-on product demonstrations, lunch, and networking opportunities.
